GRILLED SALMON WRAPPED IN GRAPE LEAVES
topped with blood orange salsa. served with spiced potatoes and a spinach-fennel sauté.

RED WINE RISOTTO
with sauteed asparagus, fresh herbs, arugula, toasted pine nuts, and shaved parmesan.
