ZUCCHINI AND EGGPLANT PURSES
topped with tomato-currant-pine nut sauce. served with israeli cous cous pilaf and sautéed greens. 

PAN SEARED SALMON 
with caper herb pan sauce, orzo pilaf, and sautéed spinach.

RED WINE RISOTTO
with sauteed asparagus, fresh herbs, arugula, toasted pine nuts, and shaved parmesan.
