filled with poached shrimp with capers, dill and aioli. / $12 per dozen.

shrimp salad also available by the pint: great for tea sandwiches or crostini! / $9 per pint

egg salad
made with local eggs from sunrise farm with bacon and capers. great for tea sandwiches! / $9 per pint

asparagus and arugula salad
organic mixed greens with shaved parmesan, michigan asparagus, pine nuts and a citrus vinaigrette. / $20 (feeds 6-8)

rhubarb-custard pie
kapnick farm rhubarb and sweet custard baked in a traditional pastry crust (with lard) / $20 each

key lime pie

tangy key lime filling made with sunrise farm eggs and baked in a graham cracker crust. / $20 each

miniature berry tarts
bite size tart shells filled with housemade vanilla pastry cream and topped with fresh berries. / $18 per dozen

chocolate pudding
the very best chocolate pudding made with callebaut chocolate and local eggs from sunrise farm. / $4.25 per half pint or $8.50 per pint.
